ACCOMMODATION GUIDELINES:
- All Room bookings will be at Venue Hotel only. Accommodation Charges are inclusive of buffet breakfast & WIFI Access. Above charges are exclusive of Govt. Taxes.
- For twin sharing bookings, limited rooms are available for twin bed which will be allocated on first come first serve basis. Rest will be allocated King beds with separate beddings.

- Check in time : 2 p.m. ; Check out time : 12 noon. Early check in/Late checkout requests can be entertained only in case of availability of rooms at an additional charge.
