Partnership Guidelines:
  • The registration, travel and accommodation of the faculty for or the academic partnerships and speaker of your choice partnerships.
  • Stall hand over will be done on the night of 12th December 2025 and the same needs to be vacated on 14th December 2025 eod.
  • Each stall will be given 1 Table. 2 chairs, 1 dustbin, a carpet and 1 plug point in the stall
  • Fascia name will be printed by us. The exhibitor will have to abide by fire and safely norms of the venue.
  • 3 complimentary trade delegate. pass for 4m x 2m and 3m x 2m exhibitors and 2 complimentary trade delegate pass for 2m x 2m and table space exhibitors per day. Extra lunch coupon would cost Rs. 1000/- per day per head.
  • Organizers can provide a letter confirming exhibitor's participation for octroi purpose on request.
  • No nailing is allowed on octonorm stalls. For branding purpose only double-sided tapes to be used.
  • Stall overs can display banners and hoarding only within their designated stalls areas.
  • Any damage caused to the octonorm sheet or stall material will be compensated to the contractor.
  • Subnetting / sharing of shall space is prohibited
  • Goods and materials displayed in stalls should be as per government rules & regulations.
  • Overnight retention of goods in respective stalls will be at &e sole risk of the stall owners. organizers will take no responsibility for loss or damage of goods, banners or any other promotional materials.
  • Stall owners will have to obtain a gate pass from conference organizer while transporting material out of the venue. organizers reserve all rights to alter the stall lay out or allocation of stalls.
  • Any fund to be transferred should be as Unrestricted Educational Grant with a letter from the organization.
  • Any Foreign transfer should be informed beforehand via proper documentation.
