REGISTRATION GUIDELINES:
- For online registrations 2.36% of the total amount will be added as bank charges as per RBI guidelines.
- Conference Registration includes access to live surgical and career orientation workshops, lunch on all days, gala banquet dinner, delegate kit, entry to the trade area and applicable taxes.
- Hands on Cadaveric Workshop Registration is extra and includes shuttle to the workshop venue, lunch and applicable taxes.
- Main conference registration is mandatory for cadaveric workshop registration.
- AGOI Life Members has to register using proper membership number.
- PG Students to upload letter from HOD.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
- 50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 15th September, 2025
- 75% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 15th October, 2025
- No refund will be made for the requests made after 15th October, 2025
- Registration is not transferable.
- Refunds will be made post conference.
